Zorin Finance is excited to announce the closure of a £21m loan, funding the development of a 125-apartment residential scheme in Holbeck, Leeds.

The high-specification development will deliver a mix of modern studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments across 12 storeys, along with a range of amenities and a commercial unit on the ground floor.

Located within walking distance of Leeds Train Station and the city centre, the development sits in the thriving South Bank regeneration area, where strong demand for city living has already been demonstrated by the recent success of nearby developments.

Leeds is one of the UK’s fastest-growing regional cities, with a large population of young, affluent renters and a strong graduate retention rate. The wider South Bank area is undergoing significant transformation, with new office, leisure, and residential developments driving job creation and urban regeneration.
